Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical & Procedural Responsibilities-Perform a wide range of clinical procedures requiring independent judgment and initiative.
• Utilize specialized equipment for diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures.
• Ensure safe, accurate, and effective care delivery during cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Maintain strong clinical decision-making abilities during high-acuity cases.
• Patient Care & Professional Practice-Perform duties in alignment with nursing standards, ethical guidelines, and professional practice models.
• Uphold the values of compassionate, high-quality care.
• Support patient safety, satisfaction, and service excellence goals.
• Comply with all professional, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Teamwork & Collaboration-Develop and maintain strong working relationships with physicians and clinical teams.
• Collaborate in creating systems and processes that support cost-effective, quality patient care.
• Foster a culture of respect, teamwork, and engagement.
• Leadership & Culture-Help build a culture of trust and engagement as measured by team metrics.
• Support leaders in maintaining accountability for professional behavior.
• Demonstrate positive, professional conduct at all times.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
• Comply with all organizational policies, codes of conduct, and standards of care.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills- Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Positive, professional attitude
• Strong critical thinking and independent judgment skills
• Ability to perform clinical procedures with accuracy and safety
• Ability to take call, including holiday and weekend call
• Strong relationship-building skills with physicians and clinical team
• Ability to work in high-acuity, fast-paced procedural settings
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire):
• Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
• BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Minimum 1 year ICU, CCU, ER or prior Cath Lab/EP Lab experience
• Ability to work night shift (for this specific role)
• Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
