Job Description

Our client, a luxury brand, is hiring a Sales Advisor to join the team at their location in New York City. Candidates must be fluent in English & Mandarin. Candidates must be able to work a full time retail schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.

Job Duties Include:

• Develop relationships with clients through consistent outreach
• Capture customer information using phone and written follow-up
• Achieve and exceed agreed upon sales and productivity goals
• Support managers in executing in-store operations, such as daily replenishment and processing of seasonal markdowns
• Assist managers with conducting business analysis and tracking store and individual KPIs
• Support maintenance of the visual and housekeeping standards of the store
• Operate POS system, conduct email, opening and closing procedures
• Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store including the salesfloor, fitting rooms, cash desk area, and backroom areas
• Additional duties as needed and assigned

Job Qualifications Include:

• High School graduate or equivalent
• 2+ years of contemporary fashion retail experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in English/Mandarin
• Ability to lift up to 20lbs and stand for the duration of shift

Salary: $29 - $34/hr + commission
