We’re on the hunt for a motivated Sales & Business Development pro to help us expand our reach and drive new business relationships across precision CNC Machining, Fabrication, Stamping, and Tooling divisions. You’ll be the face of our brand—building relationships, managing key accounts, uncovering opportunities, and helping customers succeed.

What You'll Do:

• Be on the front lines of sales and relationship-building , driving new customer acquisition and leading account qualifications
• Own a mix of inside and outside sales , with a strong emphasis on prospecting, networking, and in-person relationship development
• Leverage company strengths; Collaborate with our estimating and operations teams to align customer needs with capabilities —and close the deal
• Manage and grow key accounts while helping shape the customer experience model
• Travel ~30%, mostly in the Midwest, with some national trips based on opportunity

What You Bring:

• Some prior experience in sales or a metals, manufacturing, or industrial environment preferred, but not necessarily required; hungry, self-motivated candidates are encouraged to apply - willing to develop strong talent
• A knack for relationship-building and a natural curiosity for solving problems
• Strong work ethic & determined mindset
• Should have some mechanical aptitude
• Ability to travel as needed up to 40% as needed
• Comfortable with CRM systems, sales pipelines, and modern sales practices.
