Job Title: Sales Associate (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Pay: $24/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and supporting day-to-day store operations. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage clients, providing an elevated in-store experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, styling, and fit to meet their needs.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Maintain visual standards and support stock organization.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Build customer relationships through personalized service and follow-up.
• Support opening, closing, and general upkeep of the store.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
