Job Title: P6 Scheduler – Refinery Maintenance & Turnaround

Location: Lima, OH

Contract Type: Long-term Contract

Pay: $75–$80/hour + $150/day per diem

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Primavera P6 Scheduler to support long-term scheduling needs at a refinery in Lima, OH. The Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing detailed schedules for operational maintenance and shutdown/turnaround activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed schedules for daily maintenance and long-term shutdown/turnaround events using Primavera P6.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and project teams to align schedules with plant priorities.
• Track progress, update schedules, and provide accurate forecasting of timelines and resource requirements.
• Monitor schedule performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support planning and execution teams by producing reports and schedule analyses for leadership.
• Ensure compliance with refinery safety and operational standards.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of scheduling experience in refinery, petrochemical, or heavy industrial environments.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Strong knowledge of refinery maintenance, turnaround, or shutdown planning.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface across departments.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate of $75–$80/hour.
• $150/day per diem provided.
• Long-term contract with potential for extensions.
