Under the direction of the Warehouse General Manager, the Warehouse Associate plays a key role in efficiently loading and unloading merchandise while maintaining a safe and organized environment. This role requires operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, stock pickers, and pallet jacks to move inventory efficiently. As part of a structured development track, this position will train for supervisory responsibilities , including key holder duties and assisting with opening and closing the warehouse.

Preferred Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED. 

· 1-3 years of warehouse experience (factory/plant experience is a plus). 

· Ability to pass forklift and equipment certification . 

· Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality as scheduled. 

· Provide outstanding customer service during customer pick-ups, ensuring order accuracy and assisting with loading merchandise. 

· Receive, sort, and store stock efficiently to optimize space and organization. 

· Pick and prepare orders with precision to meet shipping deadlines. 

· Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. 

· Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, stock pickers, pallet jacks, etc.) while adhering to safety protocols. 

· Maintain a clean and organized work environment. 

· Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks . 

· properly handle chemicals following company and DOT safety procedures. 

· Communicate customer concerns and requests to management in a timely manner. 

Physical Demands:

· Warehouse setting with occasional outdoor exposure. 

· requires frequent standing, bending, lifting (up to 100 lbs.), and climbing. 

· Comfortable working at heights up to 34 feet while using lift equipment. 

· Potential exposure to chemicals related to pool and spa products. 

· Fast-paced pick/pack environment with a focus on safety and efficacies

Schedule & Availability

• Primarily day or evening shifts , with some weekends and holidays as needed.
