About the Role

The Seasonal Fulfillment Associate supports Awe Inspired’s fulfillment operations during the holiday peak (October–December 2025), ensuring that orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. This individual will be an essential part of the warehouse team, helping maintain inventory organization, preparing shipments, and supporting smooth and timely deliveries to customers. This role requires a dependable, team-oriented mindset and a commitment to supporting fulfillment operations that align with the company’s brand standards and customer expectations. Seasonal Fulfillment Associates will be scheduled for up to 30 hours per week on a rotating schedule.

Key responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders based on packing slips or digital instructions, ensuring shipments meet company quality standards.
  • Prepare shipments using standard packing materials and procedures, adhering to quality control guidelines.
  • Maintain inventory organization, assist with cycle counts, and restock items to ensure accuracy and availability.
  • Assist in receiving and inspecting inbound shipments for accuracy and quality before stocking appropriately.
  • Safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and barcode scanners.
  • Support warehouse cleanliness and organization initiatives, maintaining compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members and fulfillment leads to meet and exceed daily operational goals.

Qualifications :

  • 1+ year of warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience preferred. Experience with jewelry, accessories, assembly, or handling fine jewelry and luxury goods is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with warehouse systems such as ShipStation, Cin7, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills.
  • Punctual, dependable, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
