Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Compliance, and Regulatory Reporting Analyst with over 10 years of experience in banking, finance, and insurance domains. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in regulatory compliance (Basel I/II/III, CCAR, LCR, NSFR), financial analytics, credit risk modeling, and enterprise data integration. This role will focus on enabling data-driven regulatory reporting, developing risk control frameworks, and driving compliance with industry standards through robust data governance and business process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and validation of Basel III, CCAR, and LCR regulatory reporting frameworks including Call Reports, Liquidity Reports, and Stress Testing.
• Analyze and document business requirements for credit risk, market risk, and capital market analytics; develop models using Python, SAS, and SQL.
• Support compliance efforts in AML/KYC, BSA/FinCEN, FATF, and CECL, including onboarding, due diligence, and transaction monitoring.
• Drive data migration initiatives from legacy systems to enterprise data warehouses; ensure high data integrity through S2T mapping, validation, and governance.
• Create interactive dashboards and risk performance reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Business Objects for decision support and executive reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance digital lending workflows, loan origination systems, and credit evaluation models.
• Maintain traceability and data quality for regulatory audits; implement data lineage, risk controls, and test plans to support UAT and audit readiness.
• Serve as a liaison between business, compliance, and engineering teams to translate strategic goals into technical and analytical solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in business data analysis, risk control, and financial reporting within regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of Basel I/II/III, CCAR, LCR, NSFR, and regulatory data standards.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and SAS for financial modeling and data transformation.
• Expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel for dynamic reporting.
• Hands-on experience with credit risk modeling (PD, LGD, EAD) and stress testing.
• Proven background in AML/KYC, BSA compliance, and fraud analytics.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence, and stakeholder management.
• Strong documentation skills (BRD, FRD, UAT scripts, risk assessments).

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Snowflake, AWS, and enterprise reporting platforms.
• Experience in wholesale and retail lending environments.
• Knowledge of SR 11-7 model risk management practices.
• Understanding of capital markets (equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX).
