Senior Financial Analyst, Marmaxx BP&A

Responsibilities include:

• Actively drive annual and long range budgeting processes
• Independently analyze and report financial performance against plan
• Build and maintain complex financial models to support corporate decision making
• Partner with operational specialists and build relationships within the business. Coordinate and execute analyses with cross-functional teams; build solutions, provide answers and think creatively
• Develop key business strategies to accelerate our growth and success; communicate critical findings across the team and broader corporation
• Gain exposure to the company’s most pressing challenges and strategic priorities, with an opportunity to drive outcomes through strategic analysis
• Regular presentation to Senior Executives on forecast and operational strategies

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Financial Analysis experience; FP&A, Consulting, Investment Banking or Accounting experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
• Proven aptitude with Microsoft Office applications with advanced Excel skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work within tight deadlines and time manage across multiple projects
• Experience presenting to senior management

This position has a starting salary range of $83,100.00 to $106,000.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive.
