  • Team Player & Communicator: You clearly articulate technical concepts and comfortably navigate collaborative environments to deliver solutions.
  • Mentorship-Oriented: Demonstrated success mentoring junior team members through structured guidance, constructive feedback, and leadership by example.
  • Cloud & CI/CD Experienced: Solid experience with containerization (Docker), continuous integration/deployment (GitHub Actions), and familiarity with Azure’s suite of cloud services.
  • Culture-Focused: You value open communication, transparency, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Preferred Skills

  • UX/UI Design Skills: Experience creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces using modern design frameworks (Tailwind, Material UI, Headless UI, or similar). Comfort translating business requirements directly into engaging front-end experiences.
  • Interest or experience in applying  AI/ML technologies for process automation, analytics, or predictive functionalities.
  • Background with task-queue systems (Celery/Redis).
  • Experience with structured logging, monitoring, and alerting (Azure Monitor, Application Insights, ELK stack, or similar).
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies, sprint planning, and collaboration tools (Jira, Monday.com, etc.).
