This role is a critical part of the global Human Resources team, responsible for the configuration, optimization, and integration of Workday’s Time Tracking, Scheduling, Payroll, and Absence Management modules. It is ideally suited for a seasoned Workday professional with hands-on experience leading system transitions from ADP to Workday, especially in large, global organizations with complex compliance needs.
The successful candidate will possess deep knowledge of Workday Time and Scheduling functionality, from initial setup through project execution and post-implementation support. This position requires close collaboration with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to drive system enhancements, ensure regulatory compliance, and support scalable operations across international sites.
