About the Role

In this role, you are responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, sales, and revenue in our retail store (brick and mortar) locations, while working closely with members of our marketing and store leadership teams. THIS POSITION IS ON-SITE, Local candidates will only be considered.

More Details

• Maximize technical and creative opportunities through web and traditional media, in addition to web based static and social marketing to increase attract customers to the brand.
• Handle all aspects of launching campaigns including design, development, advertising placement, and transactions.
• Work with owners, marketing and store leaders on style and approach for marketing campaigns.
• Ability to drive results through strong verbal and written communication and team partnership.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Composing Email Campaigns
• Facilitating Customer Leads
• Graphic Design
• Writing (video scripts / blogs)
• Social Media Posts
• Market Research

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels (social media, email, PPC, SEO) is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite; experience with marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, Canva, Email Marketing Platform) is a bonus.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with a passion for marketing.
