Type: Full-time

Compensation: $200,000 – $275,000 base + competitive equity

Visa Sponsorship: Not available

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is driven to bring new products from 0→1 . You’ll play a pivotal role in building an AI-powered platform that transforms clinical conversations into structured, actionable insights—dramatically improving how clinicians work and how patients experience care.

In this role, you will own the full product lifecycle , from ideation through PMF and into scale. You’ll collaborate with a world-class team of generative AI engineers, designers, AI scientists , and clinical experts to unlock entirely new workflows for healthcare professionals.

This is a rare opportunity to operate at the intersection of AI innovation, complex system design, and real-world human impact .

What You’ll Do

  • Own your product’s strategy and roadmap , guiding it from idea to prototype to scaled launch
  • Work hands-on to build and test prototypes , including vibe coding and iterating directly with clinicians and healthcare stakeholders
  • Identify and track key success metrics , blending qualitative feedback with analytical insights
  • Collaborate deeply with engineering, commercial, and leadership teams to ensure execution clarity
  • Maintain urgency and unblock teams proactively— act like a founder and do what it takes to keep momentum
  • Integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities into product experiences, with a strong grasp on how LLMs and machine learning can solve user problems
  • Drive clarity, alignment, and focus across all stakeholders, making thoughtful tradeoffs and clearly articulating risks and timelines

What You Bring

  • 4–6 years of experience in product management, founding, or technical leadership with significant product ownership
  • Proven experience shipping AI-powered products , ideally in production environments
  • Track record of 0→1 product development , ideally with real-world business or user impact
  • Experience in healthcare workflows is a major plus
  • Former founder or early hire in a high-velocity startup environment strongly preferred
  • Technical aptitude and ability to prototype or write simple code (vibe coding encouraged)
  • Exceptional user intuition , a sharp eye for UX, and obsession with building delightful, functional tools
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field

Key Skills & Attributes

  • Strong analytical mindset—comfortable using metrics to guide product thinking
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity with clarity, driving urgency and focus in high-intensity settings
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management—capable of aligning technical and non-technical teams
  • High agency, adaptability, and a relentless bias toward execution
  • Deep curiosity around how AI can transform real-world workflows and a drive to push boundaries

Work Model

  • Hybrid-first in San Francisco (3+ days per week in-office)
  • Open to hybrid NYC candidates only if they are exceptionally qualified
  • Must be energized by in-person collaboration and a high-feedback culture

Who You’ll Work With

  • An experienced team of AI engineers, designers, and clinicians
  • Founders and executives committed to innovation and human impact
  • A product org that values craft, clarity, and speed over hierarchy or red tape

What We Offer

  • High-ownership role in one of the most ambitious AI-driven healthcare initiatives
  • Competitive salary and meaningful equity
  • A seat at the table to help shape the future of clinical care technology
  • Work in a company that combines technical depth, enterprise scale, and human-centered mission

This is your chance to work at the forefront of AI and healthcare , building tools that support clinicians and transform care delivery. If you're a product-minded builder ready to make a difference, we want to meet you.

Apply now and help bring powerful, human-centered technology into the hands of those who need it most.

Salary Range: $200,000-$275,000 base.
