Position Overview The Senior Project Manager (Healthcare Construction) will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of healthcare construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the healthcare construction sector, focusing on ground-up hospital projects.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage healthcare construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards throughout the construction process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the healthcare construction sector.
- Proven experience managing ground-up hospital construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and construction safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
