Role/Responsibilities

Senior Technical Specialist - Infor XA – Techno Functional Consultant:

  • Infor XA - Must having 8+ years of Techno Functional experience with good Hands-on experience, knowledge on XA Modules.
  • Good functional understanding/experience with following modules- IFM, IM, COM, PUR, CAS, MRP, etc. would be added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Infor FMS Masterpiece and Accounting knowledge.
  • Good to have: Assist in ERP and Business Systems software installation/upgrade plans. Liaise with outsourced customer for ERP issues.
  • Monitoring and maintain ERP and other Business systems servers and their licensing.
  • Good to have Infor IDF / Robot scheduler knowledge.
  • Ability to propose solution on new modules / interfaces.
  • Basic understanding of Control Language & OS/400 commands. - Debugging concepts and other AS/400 utilities.
  • Exposure to SFTP Process, MQ Series, XCOM, and working with XML files.
  • Translate functional specifications to design, develop and document technical solutions to customize same in Infor XA.
  • Supporting ERP XA user queries/issues across all ERP XA modules.
  • Ability to interact with business user and cross tower teams.
  • End to End Implementation experience will be preferred.
  • Good to have: Assist in ERP and Business Systems software installation/upgrade plans.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Requirements

  • 8+ years Overall Experience of Techno Functional experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing and strong customer interaction skills. - Must be fluent in English.
  • Strong analytical, good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Candidate should have flexible hours during critical tickets.
  • Candidate should have good attitude and learning capability.
  • Good experience in application of standard software development principles.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $62,000

Pay Range Maximum: $127,600

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
