We’re building the AI Finance Analyst for healthcare operators —designed to help leaders at medical groups and health systems run their business with the same clarity and agility they expect in clinical operations. Our product acts like an embedded analyst, surfacing insights across service lines, contracts, and staffing—without needing deep technical or financial expertise.

In less than a year, we’ve raised $7M from NEA , FPV , and Virtue . We’re now preparing to scale with the next wave of enterprise healthcare customers—and we’re growing the team to do it. 

At Translucent, Engineers working on Infrastructure build and own systems that provide the foundations for our complex multi-agent platform. They work on wide ranging problems from managing, optimizing our platform for other engineers to build on. This includes managing our cloud(GCP), CI/CD systems, and observability. Another key aspect of this role is building systems that make the rest of the engineering team more productive by optimizing local developer environments, developer workflows, and integrating or building modern AI tools to enable rapid product development.

Your technical expertise, problem solving skills, curiosity and willingness to do rapid experiments will contribute to the success of the company and lay the foundations of an AI first engineering organization.

• Build and own build systems, CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.

• Help build and maintain a world class observability stack for monitoring performance, and reliability.

• Support and build local developer environments that are fast, accurate and easy to use to enable rapid product development.

• Evangelize best engineering practices, and work with developer teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with the needs of the organization .

• Contribute to improving security by owning compliance with audits, and customer requests.

• Evaluate and introduce cutting edge AI developer tools to improve efficiency, and velocity of every developer.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 5+ years software development experience at a venture-backed startup or top technology firm.

• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud (We are in GCP).

• Solid understanding of modern infrastructure practices like infrastructure-as-code, deployment automation and CI/CD.

• Experience with observability tools like DataDog, OTEL, Prometheus or similar.

• Excellent communication and problem solving skills to work effectively in a fast faced collaborative environment.

• Familiarity with security best practices for protecting sensitive data, applications and infrastructure.

• Experience with AI native developer tools and how to use them to their full potential while prioritizing safety, high quality code, and standards.
