Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
The Retirement Plan Specialist (RPS) position combines both advisory and client service roles in support of a lead retirement plan adviser and their team.
Advisory roles include executing on new business development initiatives, client relationship management, retirement plan consulting, financial planning, supporting client plan review and education meetings, meeting preparation and meeting follow-up.
Client Service roles include onboarding new clients, facilitating participant rollovers, completing tasks for existing clients, working within the client service team and supporting the lead adviser on day-to-day service requests.
Ensuring that the client experience is upheld
Assist in client and other firm related marketing and events
Experience and Education Requirements:
~ College Bachelor’s degree
~ S65 or S66 license preferred
~3+ years of experience in the retirement plan industry
~ Proficient experience in Microsoft Office Products

Compensation Package
Base salary plus incentive compensation
