Store Manager | Licensed Optician – Luxury Eyewear

San Francisco (Hayes Valley location)

About You

You are a licensed optician who takes pride in your work and brings both professionalism and style to everything you do. With experience in luxury eyewear sales and optical management, you thrive on delivering a personalized, elevated experience for every client. You value artistry and attention to detail and have a passion for eyewear, design, and fashion.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide an elevated client experience, guiding customers in selecting the perfect frames and prescription lenses to meet their needs.
• Educate clients on products and craftsmanship, representing the brand’s ethos with confidence.
• Build and maintain a loyal clientele through exceptional service and relationship management.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day boutique operations, including sales processes and Rx lens ordering.
• Mentor, train, and support retail sales associates.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Ophthalmic Dispensing preferred (ABO certification supported and sponsored if not yet licensed).
• 2+ years of sales experience in luxury eyewear or premium luxury retail.
• Background in dispensing as a licensed optician.
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a positive, client-first mindset.
• Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends.
