Job Description

A commercial general contractor is hiring for a superintendent to oversee projects in Dublin, GA.

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience with commercial general contracting companies required.
• Experience with either healthcare or data center projects is required.
• Data center or healthcare remodeling experience is preferred, but ground-up experience is also compatible.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills , especially in active or occupied environments
• OSHA 30 Certification within the past 5 years (or willingness to obtain)
• Solid understanding of construction methods , blueprints , and project documentation
• Preferred: Familiarity with low-voltage systems , site utilities , or telecom infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Superintendent in overseeing daily field operations and subcontractor coordination
• Maintain accurate daily reports , safety logs , and inspection records
• Assist with material deliveries , equipment logistics , and site access planning
• Track project schedule milestones and report potential delays or issues
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to progress updates
• Help review subcontractor scopes and ensure site safety and quality standards
• Foster a respectful, safety-conscious, and productive jobsite culture
