Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Tableau Architect!

In this role, the candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions in Life Sciences Analytics, with expertise in Tableau Cloud/ Tableau Admin/ Tableau Architecture/ DevOps/ Data Architecture skills

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end-to-end solution design, architecture, governance, and optimization of Tableau cloud platforms and dashboards
  • Design robust Tableau architecture (Desktop, Server, Cloud) aligned with enterprise data and reporting strategy.
  • Architect data pipelines and integrations from various sources (Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks etc.).
  • Ensure efficient data models, extract strategies, and performance optimization.
  • Define the metadata layer and reusable data sources for Specialty and digital pharma products
  • Plan and manage Tableau Server/Cloud infrastructure (including scaling, licensing, clustering, upgrades).
  • Define deployment strategy for dashboards, including CI/CD pipelines and version control
  • Define and enforce data governance standards, naming conventions, and documentation.
  • Implement role-based access controls (RBAC) and row-level security (RLS).
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR if applicable).
  • Guide teams on best practices for dashboard UX/UI, design standards, and consistency.
  • Ensure dashboards meet business objectives, load-time thresholds, and interaction efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BTech / MTech / MS – Computer Science, IT
  • Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
  • Should have clear understanding of one or more of the below technologies –
  • BI Reporting: Tableau & Power BI, user experience.
  • Database: Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL, Redshift etc.
  • Cloud – AWS, Azure
  • Tools – Snowflake, Collibra , MDM, Git/Bit bucket
  • Data Flow tools – Alteryx, SSIS, Databricks, ADF, notebooks.
  • DevOps, Helm, OpenShift, CI/CD, Sonar Cube, Kubernetes, Terraform Cloud infra management.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$150,000 to $160,000]. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
