Job Description

Akkodis is seeking of a Technical Program & Project Management Specialist for a 12+ Months Contract role with one of our Automotive Industry leading Client in Dearborn, MI. The candidate must have experience with SAP S4 HANA and minimum 6 years in IT; 3 years in Program Mgmt., Expert in Project Management.

Pay Range: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour on W2(Including benefits), the salary range may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors .

Position Description:

Employees in this job function plan and oversees the execution of projects and/or programs that are focused on technology implementation or upgrade of technology applications capabilities and solutions (e.g., enterprise applications, SAAS, internal infrastructure, networking, data centers, labs, etc.). They could also act as Scrum Masters or Agile Coaches to ensure team lives by the values and practices of scrum by embracing Agile/scrum/Kanban/Lean principles.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop project plans, define the project/program scope, goals and deliverables for areas of technology application development and implementation for the enterprise

2. Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with IT teams, technology vendors, etc.

3. Facilitate the development effort by creating and monitoring an efficient, streamlined process between the internal teams and external technology providers

4. Effectively communicate status updates to all stakeholders across multiple organizations/ teams, with reinforcing quantitative measurements

5. Ensure project and program objectives, deliverables and results are completed within the agreed scope, timeline, budget and allocated resources

6. Provide accurate and insightful analysis and reporting, presenting the data in a clear format for presentations and reviews

7. Identify risks and create risk mitigation plans to ensure timely completion of the projects/programs

8. Manage technology product goals and forecasts. Collaborate with technical development team(s) to translate the long-term objectives into actionable technology strategy and an implementation roadmap

9. Guide execution by applying standard frameworks and development lifecycle methodologies like agile, waterfall etc.

Experience Required:

Specialist Exp: 6 years in IT; 3 years in Program Mgmt., Expert in Project Manager

Education Required: Bachelor's Degree

Additional Information: Hybrid Position 4 days a week onsite
