We are looking for a hands-on and team-oriented Warehouse Lead to join our warehouse operations team. This leadership role is responsible for supporting day-to-day inbound and outbound freight movement, ensuring safety protocols are followed, maintaining inventory accuracy, and promoting a positive culture of accountability on the dock.

• Oversee and participate in the safe and efficient loading and unloading of freight
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safety-compliant warehouse environment
• Support scheduling and operational requirements to meet delivery deadlines
• Assist freight handlers and local P&D drivers with dock coordination
• Lead team members with clear communication, hands-on training, and positive engagement
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory through proper receiving, storing, and documentation
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, moving, and positioning freight as needed
• Ensure all equipment and safety issues are reported and resolved promptly
• Collaborate with supervisors and management to meet daily service goals and team development

• High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant experience may substitute
• Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
• Ability to foster a culture of safety, service, and teamwork
• Clear and confident communication skills with both peers and management
• Physically able to perform labor-intensive tasks in a warehouse environment
• Process improvement mindset and willingness to take initiative
