What You’ll Do

  • Perform complex corrective and preventive maintenance tasks across multiple facilities.
  • Troubleshoot and repair engine-powered equipment, vehicles, and low-voltage electrical systems.
  • Interpret blueprints and conceptual drawings for construction and repair projects.
  • Execute plumbing, carpentry, and painting assignments—including spray painting.
  • Maintain accurate records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and work orders.
  • Collaborate with facility staff to plan and implement corrective actions.
  • Procure materials and manage tools and equipment with care.
  • Coach and mentor less experienced staff to build team capability.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 2+ years in facilities or maintenance roles with proven hands-on expertise.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance, electrical systems, and general repair practices.
  • Proficiency with shop and hand tools, blueprint reading, and single-phase electrical systems.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills and accurate documentation abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Basic math skills and ability to read and record information accurately.
