• Drivers start at $0.62 per mile + $20 load pey per load
• Night differential $0.06 per mile
• Weekend differential $0.12 per mile startig from Friday 7pm through 4 am Monday 
• Available shift Monday -Friday 7 pm -4 am
• Consistent Miles: Average 1800- 2,000 miles per week and earn $20 for each loaded container you haul.
• No slip seating

What You’ll Do:

• Drive with Confidence: Operate primarily on day and night shifts  
  
• Stable Routes: Navigate well-defined lanes from Chicago -IA-MI-IN and Wisconsin with 100% no-touch freight , ensuring you can focus on what you do best—driving.
  
• Work Schedule: Shifts run Tuesday to Saturday with flexible start times, giving you the routine you need to thrive.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 3months’ recent OTR TT experience driving with a clean record—no accidents or major violations in the last 5 years.
  
• CDL Requirements: Must hold a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old .
  
• Strong Work Ethic: A stable work history with minimal gaps, demonstrating your commitment to your craft.
  
• Safety First: Must pass both urine and hair drug screenings prior to joining our team.
