We’re growing fast and looking for a driven, organized Creator Relations Manager to own our creator community, manage campaigns, and ensure creators love working with Posted. This is a perfect role for someone who’s equal parts people-person and project manager, with a passion for social media and creator culture.

Role Description:

This is a role for a Creator Relations Manager. The Creator Relations Manager will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing relationships with creators while coordinating campaigns to ensure timely, high-quality content delivery. You’ll be the main bridge between our creators and our internal team, making sure partnerships run smoothly and scale effectively.

What you’ll do

• Recruit and onboard new creators into the Posted platform.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
• Coordinate campaigns: track deliverables, deadlines, and quality of submissions.
• Communicate feedback and optimization tips to creators to help them succeed.
• Troubleshoot issues quickly (payment, submissions, guidelines, etc.) to keep campaigns moving.
• Collaborate with the brand partnerships team to align creator output with client goals.
• Develop playbooks and processes to scale creator operations efficiently.

• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, early-stage startup.
• Experience with influencer marketing, creator management, or community building is a plus.
