Requirements:

• Certification as a Sterile Processing Technician (e.g., CRCST , CIS )
• Strong understanding of sterilization techniques, infection control, and instrument processing
• Ability to work across different shifts as needed

Responsibilities:

• Clean, disinfect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment
• Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes
• Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with clinical teams to support surgical schedules

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.
