Now Hiring: Wound Care Liaison – Supportive Wound Care

Are you an experienced healthcare liaison ready to make a meaningful impact in patients’ lives through advanced wound care delivered at home? Supportive Wound Care is expanding across Southern California and seeking a dedicated Wound Care Liaison to join our growing team of field professionals.

In this vital role, you’ll serve as the bridge between our wound care program and the broader healthcare community— building relationships, driving referrals, and advocating for patients in need of specialized, in-home wound care services. You’ll collaborate with our clinical teams to assess and coordinate care for referred patients, ensuring smooth transitions and exceptional outcomes.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other referral sources
• Educate healthcare professionals and families about our wound care services and eligibility criteria
• Assess patient needs and coordinate care plans with our clinical team
• Advocate for timely and appropriate referrals to ensure seamless transitions from facility to home
• Represent Supportive Wound Care with professionalism, compassion, and integrity in all outreach efforts
• Travel throughout assigned territory (primarily LA County) to meet with referral sources and patients

✅ Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Wound Care Liaison or in a marketing/referral development role within a wound care agency
• Must currently work or have recently worked in this role for a healthcare company
• Proven success in healthcare sales, outreach, or referral growth
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong time management, organization, and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
• Must reside in California and be comfortable driving throughout LA County and surrounding areas
• A book of business or referral relationships that can be activated immediately is highly valued

💼 Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $95,000–$160,000 per year + performance bonuses
