We are currently searching for one full-time Maintenance Technician  to join our team at Long Meadows Apartments in Camp Hill. Rate: Starting at $18-$23 per hour depending on experience.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist with resident work orders in apartments.
• Assist with turnover of apartments.
• May perform grounds/landscaping work as needed.
• Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC in apartments.
• Appliance repair.
• Customer service.
• Salt / Snow removal duties.
• On-Call will be required.
• May be eligible for an on-call bonus! 

• Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
• Working cell phone.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED.
