Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging
• Earrings and pierced jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
• Sale items are non-refundable unless faulty

How to Return an Item

1. Email us at enquiries@stunningpiecesuk.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will provide you with return instructions
3. Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided
4. Please retain your proof of postage — we are not responsible for items lost in transit

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

• We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value, subject to availability

Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll resolve it promptly
